Roc Nation Joins Nas & Snoop Dogg To Invest In Robinhood Financial Trade Company

Jay Z's Roc Nation, is making an investment in financial trading platform Robinhood. They plan on going through their subsidiary, Arrive, to invest in the free-to-trade investment platform which is already support by Hip-Hop veterans Snoop Dogg and Nas. Arrive’s third investment into a high-growth startup tech company. Robinhood is currently valued at a roughly estimated $1.3 billion and the San Francisco-based startup has recently received upwards of 3 million users trading in both stocks and cryptocurrency.


“ARRIVE was created to leverage our experience and resources in building brands, developing consumer facing businesses, managing artists and representing athletes. We’ve opened that diversified, global range of expertise to a new vertical: entrepreneurs and their early stage businesses” said Neil Sirni, head of New Ventures at Roc Nation in a statement at the time of the company’s launch.
