FAQ

Q. What is pr? and why do i need it?

A. The definition of PR: Public Relations is the professional maintenance of a favorable public image by a company or other organization or a famous person. In other words, we are your storytellers, we give you a voice to reach out to the outlets that are not accessible to you or your brand. We help make you look and sound pretty darn good to the masses. There’s an old saying: “Advertising is what you pay for, publicity is what you pray for.” You need us, because we help you invest your time into your brand (music, fashion, etc.) while we take over on handling the politics to improve, and create content for your publicity.

Q. Can I just pay you to get me on websites like fader, noisey, complex etc.?

A. No. No. No. And no! We're not accepting any forms of payment to get you posted anywhere. You need to set up a consultation with one of our agents, and we'll create a campaign specifically catered towards your brand. We keep our progress organic.  If you want paid posts, hit up an advertising company.

Q. What is the refund policy for services & campaigns?

A. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, you can get a full refund within 7 days from date service was delivered to you. If refund requested within 10 days from the date service was delivered to you, only 40% from original/negotiated price will be refunded. For a campaign, 50% will be refunded within 30 days of a service completed receipt in the form of an email. For refunds to be processed, the original invoice must be paid in full within 7 days from the sent date listed on invoice. To be able to complete refund on services completed, a written statement and proof of a complete purchase must be made. A refund will not be given after 10 days of service delivered.

Q. how much is a campaign?

A. Our PR campaigns typically range from $1,750 to $2,500. Each catered specifically to each client, so don't expect the same plan as our other clients. Everyone is different.

Q. Can I make payments or pay an invoice partially?

A. No, and if you have to make payments on invoices for services (unless Medium PR has an agreement for retainers), then you are not ready to receive public relations services. You might want to rethink your priorities too *shrugs*

Q. What if I don't want a campaign, and I just need a short term service?
